Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst – CPBA

This is a DISC certified training program. The certification is by TTI Success Insights, an internationally recognized organization.
DISC is a model of human behavior that helps individuals understand why they do what they do. The dimensions of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance make up the model and interact with other personality factors to describe human behavior.
2-day certification program
This program is an integration of Behaviors and Motivators. Participants will learn more about the “How” of human behaviour, and also the “Why”. Why does an individual act the way he does — what motivates his/her behaviour?.
Participants will know the 6 attitudes/motivators which intrinsically drive people in their performance, actions and interactions. You will understand each attitude and their interactions. You will recognize the different driving forces in a person’s life and understand their viewpoints, thus able to dialogue convincingly by seeing the world through their eyes.
You will be able to analyse the Success Insights® Wheel, DISC styles and Motivators to give coaching and feedback. You will be armed with advanced knowledge that will make a difference in the lives of the people you interact and with whom you do business.
Text Book, Course workbook and notes will be provided.
Course Assessment:
This programme consists of theory and application of knowledge. It is very interactive, assumes no prior behavioural knowledge and aims to help you learn in a fun and exciting way involving video clips, stories, illustration & illusion, games and case studies. There will be a written examination given at the end of the class.
Course Objective:
This program prepares the participants to take the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst) exam that is sanctioned by TTI Success Insights.
